Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 14, 2026

Thank you for choosing our website design services. We are committed to providing quality, customized websites tailored to each client’s business needs. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before booking a project.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made toward a website design project are non-refundable, including the initial 50% deposit and any subsequent payments.

The initial deposit secures your project and covers administrative work, project planning, scheduling, and the commencement of design and development. Payments made throughout the project compensate for the time, resources, and services dedicated to your website.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Cancellation by the Client

If you decide to cancel your website project after payment has been made, you must notify us in writing by email.

Please note the following:

  • All payments made before cancellation are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts for work completed or contractual commitments incurred before cancellation, as provided for in your project agreement.
  • Any unpaid portion of the project will be handled according to the terms of your signed agreement.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to receive unfinished designs, development files, source code, or other project materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We encourage clients to carefully consider their requirements before confirming a project.

Final Payment & Website Delivery

Full payment is required before the completed website is released to the client.

Once the website design and development are complete, the client will be notified that the website is ready for final review and payment.

The following conditions apply:

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before the website is transferred, launched on the client’s live domain, or otherwise released for the client’s use.
  • The client will not receive access to the completed website, final website files, source code, or administrative ownership as part of the handover until all outstanding project payments have been settled.
  • Failure to pay the remaining balance may delay the website launch and handover.
  • Any agreed additional services, add-ons, or approved scope changes must also be paid for according to the agreed payment terms.

The website will be handed over once full payment has been received and any agreed final delivery requirements have been satisfied.

Project Delays & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the necessary content, images, business information, feedback, and approvals required to complete their website.

Delays in providing these materials or responding to requests may affect the project timeline.

If a project is delayed because the client has not supplied the required information or feedback, the completion date may be adjusted accordingly. Extended periods of inactivity may require the project to be rescheduled based on availability.

Any additional fees or changes to the project timeline resulting from extended delays will be communicated to the client before being applied.

Revisions & Changes

Each website package includes a specified number of revision rounds, as outlined in the selected package or project agreement.

Requests beyond the included revision allowance, major design changes after approval, additional pages, or new functionality outside the original project scope may incur additional charges.

All additional costs will be communicated to and approved by the client before the extra work begins.

Revision requests do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation by the Designer

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a project and cannot reasonably complete the agreed services, we will communicate this to the client promptly.

Any payments for services that have not been performed will be addressed fairly in accordance with the project agreement and applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes any refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-Party Services & Expenses

Clients may be responsible for separate costs associated with third-party services, including:

  • Domain registration and renewal
  • Website hosting
  • Premium themes, plugins, or software licenses
  • E-commerce platform subscriptions
  • Payment processing fees
  • Third-party integrations and applications

These expenses are subject to the applicable provider’s terms and refund policies. Third-party charges are not automatically refundable through our business.

Acceptance of This Policy

By paying the initial deposit and proceeding with a website design project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

This policy should be read alongside your project proposal, invoice, and any applicable service agreement.
